CBD - What is CBD?
The time has come to discuss Cannabidiol (CBD) which is a naturally occurring cannabinoid constituent of cannabis although it is not illegal. CBD is one of at least 113 cannabinoids identified in hemp plants and not intoxicating like Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) which is found in Cannabis plants. CBD is a controlled substance in some countries such as Canada and the USA although they are starting to have much more relaxed views regarding both CBD and cannabis. This is due to CBD not appearing to have any psychoactive ("high") effects such as those caused by THC in marijuana, but may have anti-anxiety and anti-psychotic effects. Hemp is classified as any part of the cannabis plant containing no more than 0.3% THC in dry weight form, therefore making it currently legal to be used in the UK.
CBD oils are currently on the market with lower dosages being available at Holland & Barrett, where they can be purchased and used as a dietary supplements. These products are not suitable for vaping and it is not advised to try it as it may have side effects which could include somnolence, decreased appetite, diarrhoea, fatigue, malaise, asthenia, sleeping problems
There are 2 types of CBD products currently available for the vaping market which are CBD based e-liquid or additives for you to add concentrated CBD to your own choice of e-liquids.
CBD e-liquids tend to come in 10ml or 30ml bottles and contain 0mg of nicotine. They come in different doses of CBD strength starting as low as 100mg and go up to 1000mg which is also the same for concentrated CBD shots.
The CBD shots are available in 2ml and have either 100mg, 250mg, 500mg or 1000mg of CBD which can be added to a bottle of e-liquid and mixed in to create a CBD version of your favourite e-liquid.

"I have personally hand-picked a few products which I use on a daily which are my own personal favourites. This works well for me and I feel it has benefited me using this product. Needless to say, I am not a doctor, although in my professional opinion within the vaping world; this is a great product.
